Dr. Deng has studied Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Qigong/Taiji healing arts for virtually his whole life. He began Kung Fu studies at the age of three. He graduated in medicine from Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences (Zhong Shan Medical College), the oldest medical school in China. Integrating Eastern and Western, traditional and modern medicine, to bring health, happiness, love and longevity to people around the world has been the philosophy and approach of his practice for the past 20 years. Dr. Deng specializes in pain management, sport injury, including tennis elbow, gastrointestinal problems, TMJ, post-operative pain, connective tissue and autoimmune diseases, as well as side effects of radiation and chemotherapy. He has served on the faculties of both Sun Yat-sen University and Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. A Qigong master, he is also an expert in the traditional Chinese healing arts and the martial arts.
